Zusammenfassung:FIELD: oil production, particularly methods or apparatus for obtaining oil, gas, water and other materials from wells. ^ SUBSTANCE: plant comprises pre-production unit having mixing vessel with stirring members installed on reducer shaft and forming unit. The forming unit comprises hollow cylindrical body with loading hatch and auger installed in the hatch and connected with electric drive, and forming tube adapted to squeeze-out product from the tube to form solid foam former rods. The pre-production unit additionally has accumulation vessel, which may rotate in horizontal plane. The stirring members are made as blades and installed on horizontal reducer shaft so that the blades may rotate in vertical plane. Forming unit auger is coaxial to hollow cylindrical body and is enclosed with receiver. The receiver additionally has electric drive and safety valve. The electric drive is provided with frequency converter. Hollow cylindrical body outlet has perforated lid and three-way choke. The outlet is connected with loading hatch by bypass line. The accumulation vessel of pre-production unit and loading hatch of forming unit are connected one to another through loading pipeline provided with centrifugal pump. The forming unit receiver and the mixing vessel of pre-production unit are connected by flexible assembly. ^ EFFECT: increased plant output and quality of obtained product. ^ 1 dwg
