Zusammenfassung:FIELD: physics, optical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: multi-layer cover has substrate with transparent electric-conductive cover on external surface and with reflective cover on back surface, made in form of metal film with high reflective ability within wave length range 0,3-2,4 micrometers. Transparent electric-conductive cover has no less than 2 layers, while one of aforementioned layers contains cerium oxide, and substrate is made of polyimide film. External layer of transparent electric-conductive cover can be made in form of thin (~0,05 micrometers) transparent radiation-resistant wear-resistant layer, for example, of SiO2. One of layers of transparent electric-conductive cover can be made on basis of tin oxide SnO2, alloyed by cerium oxide CeO2, or on basis of In2O3. ^ EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities, better manufacturability and increased reliability under extreme operation conditions. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg
