Zusammenfassung:FIELD: organic chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes analyte extraction from object by ethyl acetate. Then extract is striped, residue is dissolved in mixed solvent containing hexane and diethyl ether in ratio of 6:4 and analyzed using chromatography with silica gel column, wherein fractions containing oxybenzene and monomethyl derivatives thereof are collected. Said fractions further are treated with nitrating agent, obtained nitrated compounds of oxybenzene and monomethyl derivatives thereof are separated by extraction with diethyl ether at pH 1 and 4, and on the base of polynitroderivative content quantitative and qualitative content of target compounds are determined. Abovementioned polynitro-derivative content is determined using chromatograms obtained by HPLC with hexane/dioxane/formic acid (5:3:0.2) mobile phase for solutions containing oxybenzene and 3-vethyloxybenzene polynitro-derivatives. ^ EFFECT: accelerated method of increased sensitivity and selectivity. ^ 6 tbl, 5 ex, 2 dwg
