Intrahepatic ducts dilation additionally taking place to the third order ducts, transcutaneous transhepatic cholangiostoma is done under ultrasonic control. 3-4 days later, mechanical jaundice cause is checked by means of antegrade cholangiography and endoscopic retrograde pancreatocholangiography.
