In 4 h after onset of culturing Lactococcus lactis "t" (VKPM B-5284), defatted milk and 40% glucose solution are added to the nutrient medium. Before termination of culturing sodium citrate and sodium acetate are added to the nutrient medium. Prepared biomass is separated by centrifugation and concentrated biomass is mixed with sucrose-gelatin protective medium with addition of ammonium molybdate and sodium glutamate. Biomass is packaged in penicillin vials and subjected for sublimation drying. Invention allows enhancing quality of ensilage fodders, to provide prolonged retention of preserved green vegetable mass and to reduce consumptions. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 3 ex |
