Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing bacterial preparations and for fodder ensilage. Method involves addition of cultures of Lactobacillus casei M 76 (VKPM B-3489), Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus 298 (VKPM B-2455), Lactobacillus plantarum - 38 (VKPM A-4174) taken in the equal ratio to the nutrient medium containing a cleared cheese whey, yeast extract, manganese sulfate, pancreatin and potassium phosphate. Lactobacillus biomass is grown by method of submerged culturing at temperature 37 ± 1°C and during the culturing process pH value of medium is corrected with gaseous ammonia and double neutralization is carried out. In 4 h after onset of culturing Lactococcus lactis "t" (VKPM B-5284), defatted milk and 40% glucose solution are added to the nutrient medium. Before termination of culturing sodium citrate and sodium acetate are added to the nutrient medium. Prepared biomass is separated by centrifugation and concentrated biomass is mixed with sucrose-gelatin protective medium with addition of ammonium molybdate and sodium glutamate. Biomass is packaged in penicillin vials and subjected for sublimation drying. Invention allows enhancing quality of ensilage fodders, to provide prolonged retention of preserved green vegetable mass and to reduce consumptions. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 3 ex
