Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing multi-root tooth canals, taking imprint and modeling pin insert stump. To model the first insert part having matrix lock piece and two parallel pins for poorly passable canals, fast-hardening ash-free plastic is used. To model the second insert part having patrix lock piece and a pin for well-passable canal, solid-melted wax is used. The matrix part is milled as cylinder in parallel to well-passable canal pin axis. The patrix part is congruent to the matrix one. Both parts are substituted with metal parts and part-by-part fixed on the tooth at the same time, assembling the whole insert. ^ EFFECT: high reliability in repairing multi-root tooth; long service life; simplified fixation process. ^ 3 dwg
