APPARATUS FOR MAKING CASTINGS WITH DIRECTED AND MONOCRYSTALLINE STRUCTURE

FIELD: manufacture of parts of turbines for air crafts and power production plants. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes vacuum chamber, sluice loading chamber, guides for moving casting molds, furnace for heating up molds and melting-pouring furnace. Heating up furnace has rotary end wall; heaters for lower and upper zones; heat insulation walls and reflection screen. Lower zone heater is provided with -shaped bridge whose mean part is normal relative to lateral sides of lower zone heater. It provides possibility for using increased-height molds fed to heater. Rigid heat insulation screen is secured to lower surface of heating up furnace. Under said furnace there is movable heat insulators in the form of set of plates with profiled opening and vessel with liquid-metal cooling agent. In bottom of said vessel there is opening for water-cooled lifting table. ^ EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, increased operation period of apparatus between repairing procedures, enlarged functional possibilities of apparatus, improved quality of products. ^ 9 cl, 4 dwg
