Then bacterial mass should be supplemented with synthetic detergent named "Laska magia balsama" at the quantity of 1% to keep the mixture obtained at +35 - +40 C for 1 h. The innovation enables to increase sensitivity and specificity of antigen at simultaneous simplification of technological operations associated with its manufacturing. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 4 tbl
