METHOD FOR INTRODUCING TROCAR IN CASE OF LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY

FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should introduce a trocar through incision in anterior abdominal wall in umbilical area. Moreover, it is necessary to detect the width of right-hand rectus muscle of abdomen and that of white line of abdomen. Trocar should be introduced in a site being above the level of umbilical ring from the right against median line at the distance being equal to one fourth against the width of rectus muscle of abdomen and one half against the width of white line of abdomen. One should lance anterior leaf of the sheath of rectus muscle of abdomen with the help of trocar to divide bluntly sheath fibers of rectus muscle of abdomen, then one should lance the posterior leaf of sheath of rectus muscle of abdomen with the help of trocar followed by laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
