Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of seats, particularly, to means of vibration isolation of driver's seats. Proposed seat contains base, skeleton with cushion and brackets interconnected by guide arrangement in form of parallel upper and lower pair of straps arranged one over the other whose ends are hinge connected, respectively, on upper and lower brackets of base and skeleton of seat, and shock absorbing device made in form of suspension with damper and suspension rate adjuster arranged between base and upper pair of straps and consisting of lower support flange of suspension resilient member hinge-secured on base and consisting of two series-connected elastic C-shaped members connected by elastomer, and upper thrust flange hinge-connected with slider made of antifriction material interacting with upper pair of rigidly interconnected straps and provided with relatively perpendicular intersecting holes, some of which are made plain and engaging with cylindrical adjustable supports of upper thrust flange, and others, threaded ones, engage with adjusting screw. Ratio of rigidity of elastomer to rigidity of suspension members is C1/C2=1/10 where C1 is rigidity of elastomer, and C2 is rigidity of C-shaped elastic members. ^ EFFECT: improved vibration isolation owing to provision of equality of frequencies of vibrations in seat suspension, simplified design of damper owing to its combination with resilient suspension with imparting of dry friction properties. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
