METHOD OF PIPE CULVERT REPAIR UNDER EMBANKMENT

FIELD: motor road repair device, particularly to replace pipe culverts. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves providing temporary water flow offtake, installing new pipe inside the defective one and filling gap between defective pipe and new pipe with concrete grout. Temporary support with upper plate is placed into defective pipe before new pipe installation, wherein the support is arranged in damaged pipe area and is fixed inside it. New pipe parts are introduced in defective one from two opposite ends thereof up to bringing the parts into close contact. Both parts have freeing means for temporary support receiving. Ends of above pipe parts are connected one to another and to temporary support to create new pipe. The gap between defective pipe and the new pipe is filled with concrete grout and after that temporary support is removed. ^ EFFECT: reduced labor inputs, possibility to repair pipe culvert without disassembling thereof. ^ 14 cl, 6 dwg
