Zusammenfassung:FIELD: non-destructive control. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes determining critical size chicr of defects in operation mode and allowed size [chi]d.o. of defects. Control results are presented in form of bar graph in coordinates (Ndet,chi), where Ndet - number of detected defects, chi - characteristic size of defect. Probability of defect detection Ppd is determined, as well as source defectiveness Nsc=frequency(chi), remaining defectiveness Nrm= (chi) as difference between Nsc and Ndet. Remaining defectiveness is divided by trustworthy portion chichid, where chid - size of defects at limit between trustworthy and probable portions. On basis of probable portion of remaining defectiveness probability of existence of defects is determined, sizes of which exceed chicr and defects, sizes of which exceed [chi]d.o.. Safety of product is determined as probability of absence of defects, sizes of which exceed chicr, and reliability of product is determined as probability of absence of defects, size of which exceed [chi]d.o.. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 9 cl, 5 dwg
