Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: methods of reprocessing of uranium hexafluoride. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to reprocessing of uranium hexafluoride and may be used for extraction of uranium hexafluoride from bottles of different volume. The method of transpiration of uranium hexafluoride from the bottles includes feeding of a carrier gas and a heating. As the carrier gas they use nitrogen, which is fed into the bottle at the pressure exceeding the pressure of gases inside the bottle by 15±5 kPa. Feeding of nitrogen is exercised in the pulse mode at the temperature of the bottle wall of 60-150°C and the pressure of the formed gas mixture of 50-150 kPa. The heating of the bottle with uranium hexafluoride is conducted with the help of a lateral two-section inductor. In the end of the process the bottle is vacuumized. Duration of a pulse of feeding of nitrogen makes 3-5 minutes, and the time interval duration between the pulses - 15-60 minutes. The pulsed feeding of nitrogen is conducted at the rate of nitrogen consumption of 2-6 kg/h. Vacuumization of the bottle is conducted up to the pressure of 50 kPa with simultaneous feeding of nitrogen during 10-15 minutes at the rate of consumption of 3-4 kg/h. The specific consumption of nitrogen makes 0.08-6.5.10-3 kg per 1 kg of uranium hexafluoride. The technical result of the invention is intensification of the uranium hexafluoride transpiration process, reduction of the mass of the product residue in the bottle, improved safety of the process. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures intensification of the uranium hexafluoride transpiration process, reduction of the product residue mass in the bottle, improved safety of the process. ^ 5 cl, 4 tbl, 1 ex |
