Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: food processing industry, stock raising, feeding of farm animal young stock in particular calves. ^ SUBSTANCE: dry components of whole milk substitute are dissolved in aseptically treated water. Said water is previously mixed with inorganic salt (preferably sodium chloride) or salt mixture in amount of 0.3-0.8 % and treated by single-polar direct current. Treatment in carried out sequentially in anode and cathode cameras of diaphragm cell at current consumption of 500-1500 Q/l up to pH 6.0-8.0 and redox potential from +50 to -200 mV. Before or after treatment in cathode camera water is passed through catalyst (e.g. carbon/manganese oxide). Dry components of whole milk substitute are dissolved in treated water at 25-30°C in mass ratio if 1:(6-10). Obtained target product makes it possible to increase augmentation of animal mass, to improve digestion of milk substitute components, decrease process temperature, etc. ^ EFFECT: economy method for feeding of farm animal young stock. ^ 2 tbl, 2 ex |
