Zusammenfassung:FIELD: heat-exchange engineering, thermal engineering, and associated industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed regenerative heat exchanger that can be used in periodic high-temperature and high-discharge gas flow treatment plants, for instance to destroy by combustion decommissioned solid-fuel fired jet engines has housing accommodating two displacement rotors and rewound heat-transfer checker crossed by hot gas of gas conduit; first displacement rotor is disposed on upper station of housing, second one, on lower station of housing relative to horizontal gas conduit; upper and lower stations communicate with gas conduit via slit sluices for rewound heat-transfer checker passed through gas conduit and made in the form of set of finite-length chains; first displacement rotor is provided with sprockets whose number depends on that of chains for reeling up set of chains from upper-station chain box incorporating compartments for stowing away each chain; second displacement rotor is provided with sprockets whose number depends on that of chains for tensioning set of chains and conveying them to water-cooled heat-transfer box of lower station incorporating compartments and means for stowing away each chain. Displacement rotors may be equipped with reversing drives. Slit sluices may be provided with means for building gage pressure within slit; ends of each chain may be secured in chain boxes of upper and lower stations; second rotor used for displacing set of chains may be provided with tension adjuster; rotors may be provided with changeable sprockets; heat-transfer checker may be made in the form of set of anchor chains and also in the form of multilayer set of chains; these layers in heat-transfer checker may be reducing in size downward of gas flow. ^ EFFECT: simplified process cycle and reduced cost of combustion products treatment due to reduced water consumption and quantity of shutoff valves. ^ 9 cl, 3 dwg
