Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: oil and gas industry, particularly process liquids adapted to kill oil, gas and gas-condensate wells when formation pressure is lower than hydrostatic one during well operation and repair. ^ SUBSTANCE: well killing liquid has hydrocarbon base, synthetic fatty acid, sodium hydroxide, waterproofing silicone fluid agent used as additional stabilizer and silica-alumina microspheres taken as barrier lightweight filler. All above components are taken in the following amounts (% by weight): hydrocarbon base - 68-88, synthetic fatty acid - 1.2-2.1, sodium hydroxide - 0.2-0.36, waterproofing silicone fluid agent - 0.32 and barrier lightweight filler - remainder. ^ EFFECT: possibility to create hydrocarbon-based liquid exerting negligible influence on porosity and permeability of well reservoir zone, possibility of above liquid usage for killing wells characterized with low reservoir energy. ^ 1 ex, 2 tbl
