Zusammenfassung:FIELD: production of sugar; separation of fill mass (massecuite) of first crystallization in batch-type filtering centrifuges. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of fill mass (massecuite)to rotor of batch-type filtering centrifuge equipped with unit for check of moment of separation of runoff syrup which is provided with sensitive element connected with pneumatic power converter. In the course of separation of fill mass (massecuite), pressure of runoff syrup is measured, sugar crystals are washed-off and dried to moisture content of 0.8-1.5% to mass before discharge from centrifuge rotor. Prior to delivery of fill mass (massecuite) to rotor, it is kept in fill mass (massecuite) mixer to temperature of 68-72°C. Washing-off sugar crystals is performed at two stages: first with sugar-containing solution diluted to 72-76% of dry substances and then with hot water. Washing-off with sugar-containing solution is started at pressure on sensitive element equal to 0.09-0.10 Mpa. Consumption of sugar-containing solution is 1.5-2.5% and consumption of hot water is 1.2-1.8% to mass of massecuite; hydrogen peroxide is added to flushing water in the amount of 0.004-0.008% to mass of sugar. ^ EFFECT: increased production of sugar; improved quality parameters; enhanced preservation in storage. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex
