PROBIOTIC BIOPREPARATION FOR TREATMENT OF VARIOUS INFECTIONS AND DISBIOSIS AND METHOD FOR THERAPY OF INFECTIONS AND DISBIOSIS

FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed probiotic biopreparation contains living culture of bifidobacterium strain Bifidobacterium adolescectis in titre of 105-1011 CFU/ml (CFU - colony forming units) and bifidobacterium metabolism products having high bifidogenic effect. Particularly metabolism products include arabinofuranohydrolase, alpha-galactose, proteinase, protein-polysaccharide complex, alkaline protease and dextranase. They are characterized by drooping curve with change at 235-245 nm and maximum at 266±2 nm in ultraviolet absorption spectrum in wave length of 205-400 nm and dilution of 1:100. Metabolism products are cultivated for 16-18 h in broth containing stabilizer in amount of 30-50 vol.%. As stabilizer mixture containing (mass %): gelatin 9.0-12.0; sucrose 0.5-0.7 %; ascorbic acid 0.5-1.0, and balance: water is used.
