METHOD FOR PURIFICATION OF LIQUIDS AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALIZATION-MELNIKOV'S DISTILLER

FIELD: chemical, food, medical and oil industries, mainly in the field of analytical chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method for liquid purification consists in the fact that liquid distillation is conducted at a low temperature and pressure in the condition of laminar evaporation by combination of temperature and pressure in a sealed system. Low pressure is produced by displacement of atmospheric air from the system by the vapors of the liquid being purified, and the condensation of vapor is carried out by cooling with the aid of ambient air. The device for realization of the method has an evaporator, condenser, heater, pipes and valves, the evaporator is hermitically connected with the aid of pipes to the condenser serving as a vessel for the purified liquid, and the evaporator and the heater are positioned above the condenser. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of liquid purification and process productive capacity, as well as minimized use of electronic mechanical members at a considerable guaranteed service life. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
