Hot metal is fed to peripheral zone of crystallizer and simultaneously shaped blank is removed out of it. In central zone of blank where reinforcement is arranged, state of elastic compression occurs. It provides reliable electric contact with blank. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of electric contact between blank and reinforcement.
