Zusammenfassung:FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely production of hard-alloy composition materials characterized by special properties, possibly manufacture of die set members, turbine blades, members of refractory and wear resistant lining and so on. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing charge of exothermic powder mixture and placing it in die of press-mold; in working surface of lower base of press-mold forming gravure corresponding to predetermined shape of ready article and having gas-removal holes in recesses; arranging diaphragm between charge and gravure and applying heat insulation onto lower and(or) upper surface of said diaphragm; initiating burning reaction after which performing hot pressing of combustion products together with diaphragm. ^ EFFECT: manufacture of articles complex shape of their surface. ^ 3 dwg, 3 ex
