Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metallurgy; production of steal in iron and steel industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of iron and steel industry, in particular, to a steelmaking in iron and steel industry. The apparatus for introduction of substances into a container of the metallurgical aggregate under the level of a high-temperature melt contains: a supporting-guiding unit stationary mounted in a wall of the aggregate, a conjugated with it and located inside it with a capability of axial movement air blowing element of a rod-like form made out of a refractory material containing inside it the axially located at least one pipe for feeding a gas and/or a gas-powder mixture into the melt. Between the blowing element and the supporting-guiding unit there is a separating layer of a grease made out of a metal, the melting point of which is lower than the molten bath temperature in the aggregate. The gap between the supporting-guiding unit and the blowing element excludes penetration into this gap of melt and the grease in their liquid state. It is desirable, that the depth of the grease layer does not exceed 1.0 mm. The grease may be made in the form of a metal band or made by a gas-thermal spraying with the following mechanical compaction. The grease layer is made out of copper or aluminum. The technical result is a reliable separation of the blowing element and the supporting-guiding unit, minimization of wear in the place of contact of the blowing element and the supporting-guiding unit, exclusion of infiltration of the steel in the between the blowing element and the supporting-guiding unit, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the apparatus during an increased number of melts conducted in the metallurgical aggregate. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures a reliable separation of the blowing element and the supporting-guiding unit, exclusion of the steel penetration into the gap between them, uninterrupted operation of the apparatus during an increased number of melts. ^ 25 cl, 6 dwg |
