Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metallurgy; methods of production of metals and metal alloys. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of decontamination of potable and waste water with periodic pulse discharges and may be used in establishments of a municipal economies, and also in other branches economy. The installation contains a converter unit connected to the power supply, a unit of generation of the high-voltage pulses containing a high-voltage pulse transformer, the primary winding of which is fused to an output of the converter unit, the high-voltage and grounded electrodes mounted in the body of the chamber with decontaminated water, to which the secondary winding of the high-voltage pulse transformer is connected. The installation has a gear to control a space between the high-voltage and grounded electrodes, which includes a drive for motion of the grounded electrode and the control unit of this drive, and also two sensors of a current, the first of which is conjugated with the primary winding, and the second - with the secondary winding of the high-voltage pulse transformer.
