One should perform cystectomy, prostatectomy with prostatic part of urethra, seminal vesicles and spermatic ducts. Before performing ectomies of the above-mentioned organs one should resect pubic symphysis followed by pelvoiliac lymphodissection. Operation should be finished by ureterosigmorectoanastomosis.
