Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: alcoholic industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for preparing ethyl alcohol and protein concentrate involves milling grain to particles size 0.56-1 mm, mixing with water at temperature 50-55°C and with hydromodulus accepted in alcohol production followed by addition to a mixture amylolytic enzyme preparation "Termamil 120L" with activity 700 U AS/cm3 as measured 0.30-0.45 U/cm3, carrying out hydrodynamic and enzymatic treatment for 26-35 min at temperature 86-95.8 °C, cooling to temperature 56-58°C and the following saccharification with enzyme preparation "San-Super 240L" with activity 3000 U GlA/cm3 as measured 2.2-3.6 U/cm3. Then prepared saccharified wort is separated for two phases: cleared wort and dregs. Cleared wort is boiled for 5-20 min and protein is isolated by centrifugation and supernatant is used for fermentation and preparing ethanol. Invention provides preparing additional species of production, such as protein concentrate, enhancing yield of ethyl alcohol, improving its qualitative indices and reducing cost of ethyl alcohol. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 1 tbl, 1 dwg, 1 ex |
