Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: manufacture of helicopters; helicopter collective and cyclic pitch control equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed wobble plate includes guide sleeve rigidly secured on fixed body symmetrically relative to drive shaft of helicopter main rotor, slide block with spherical external surface which is mounted on guide sleeve by means of anti-friction insert for linear motion along axis of rotation of main rotor shaft, control ring with anti-friction insert movably mounted on spherical surface of slide block and provided with device for avoidance of angular displacement around guide sleeve; it is made in form of two-link scissors. Control ring is sectional in construction; its lower part is made in form of cantilever system with ears at the ends of cantilevers for kinematic connection of ring with main rotor collective and cyclic pitch control system; it is provided with upper and lower flanges of larger and smaller diameters respectively for rigid connection with upper part of control ring, thus forming rigid circular box-shaped structure. Outer ring mounted on control ring by means of ball bearings is set in rotation by means of two-link scissors connected with main rotor hub. Outer ring is also sectional in construction; its inner part is made in form of frame of equilateral polygon whose corners are articulated with blade turn rods; sleeve for ball bearings is rigidly secured inside this frame. Inner components of outer ring frame have -shaped cross section and sides have -shaped cross section. Cylindrical hinges and spherical bearings are provided with anti-friction inserts made from material possessing self-lubricating properties. Cantilevers are located at angle of 90º relative to each other and are connected with boosters of main rotor collective and cyclic pitch system. ^ EFFECT: improved weight and service characteristics; enhanced reliability. ^ 9 cl, 2 dwg |
