Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing anatomical preparation of vertebral column segments comprising four or more vertebrae. Rigid rods are screwed into spinal canals of two cranial and two caudal vertebrae. Rigid rods are screwed into the same vertebrae bodies along their longitudinal axis in parallel to the introduced rods through canals formed to closing plates of the vertebrae positioned as second ones with respect to preparation ends. Rod ends protruding from the preparation under study are rigidly attached to Z-shaped plates. The plates are connected to movable cross-members of mechanical test stand. Spatial interlocation is to be achieved when joining the Z-shaped plates and rods, that test machine distraction force vector is directed in perpendicular to longitudinal axis of vertebral column segment under study in intervertebral disk projection. It allows to determine the breaking point of vertebral column tissues at the level of intervertebral disk and bulk strength and rigidity factors of injured vertebral column segments under metallo-osteosynthesis conditions relative to dislocation shift forces. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in modeling shift loads selectively in frontal or sagittal plane or in other given direction; excluded uncontrollable influences on the part of bending, compression or rotation forces. ^ 3 dwg |
