Rapeseed sample preparation is carried out by incubation thereof at 23±0.2°C for 2 h followed by measurement of oil proton spin-spin relaxation time of the second component (T22) (in msec), and erucic acid content (Per in %) is calculated according to formula: Per = 22.0-0.45T22. ^ EFFECT: accelerated measurement method, simplified sample preparation.
