Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: bridge building, particularly to erect bridge having metal span structure. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves assembling, welding and consolidating box units in jigs located on ground. The first box unit is installed on main support by erecting crane. Before the first box unit installation four supports are placed on foundation edge and connected one to another by ties. The support posts provide stability of the first block installed on main support. After that temporary support is placed in point spaced a distance from axes of the supports near main support and along span structure axis. The distance is not less than sum of one-half of mountable box unit length and length of the block to be mounted. Then the second consolidated box unit is erected and connected to the first one by the first end thereof and rested upon temporary support by the second end thereof. Next temporary supports are installed only before the third box unit installation on the assumption of bending load bearing capacity of span structure. ^ EFFECT: reduced material consumption and labor inputs, increased capacity and rate of bridge erection. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
