Total bone mineral density being less than -1.5 SD, the endoprosthesis is fixed with bone cement. The bone tissue mineral density being lower than -1.5 SD, proximal femur or cotyloid cavity of the hip joint under examination are fixed with bone cement, respectively. ^ EFFECT: reduced risk of endoprosthesis instability.
