Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: mechanical engineering; finishing parts made from aluminum and its alloys, mainly shafts and axles; grinding and electrolyte plasma polishing. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes partial immersion of parts into electrolyte, imparting rotation to them, grinding and polishing; grinding is performed by means of abrasive wheel to roughness of Ra=0.10-0.12 mcm and polishing to Ra=0.04-0.05 mcm at current density of 3-4 A/dm2 and voltage of 270-290 V at the following ratio of components in electrolyte, mass-%: potassium chloride, 2-3; ferrous chloride, 3-4; hydrochloric acid, 0.1-0.2; water, 94.9-92.8. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of surfaces of parts due to reduced roughness of surfaces. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
