Dairy beverages may be used in dry pre-packed form. Present invention makes it possible to produce beverage which reduces cholesterol level due to metabolism activation, regulates lipids and bill acid in liver and reduces blood sugar level, and which are useful in treatment and/or prevention of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and tuberculosis. ^ EFFECT: new beverages with healing action. ^ 4 cl, 6 ex
