DISPERSED MATERIAL DRYING METHOD

FIELD: drying equipment, particularly for pneumatic transportation of different dispersed materials in food, spirit, brewing or feed mill industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for drying dispersed materials, preferably wet distillery stillage residues or brewing waste involves supplying wet dispersed material and drying agent; mixing thereof to create gas suspension and transporting the mixture into drying chamber, wherein at the first drying stage dispersed material is treated in pneumatic spiral dryer having alternating linear and curvilinear sections for instance for 4-5 sec; final drying dispersed material up to reaching final moisture content in vibratory dryer in vibrofluidized bed for 2.5-3.0 min. To obtain dry powder dispersed material without following grinding thereof the mixture of wet and recirculating dispersed product with 30-40% mean moisture content may be additionally mixed and grinded, wherein average dry stillage particle dimension is 500-600 mum. ^ EFFECT: increased quality of final product. ^ 6 cl, 1 dwg
