Each mobile control desk has detectors, data preliminary processing unit, coding unit, noise-resistant coding unit, receiver-transmitter, control unit, feedback and feedforward channel, unit for finding location. Each receiver-transmitter has master oscillator, phase manipulator, first mixer, first heterodyne, first intermediate frequency amplifier, first power amplifier, duplexer, receiving-transmitting aerial, second power amplifier, second mixer, second heterodyne, second intermediate frequency amplifier, multiplier, band-pass filter and phase detector.
