Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: hydraulic building, particularly fish pass structures for passing spawner fish through support structures to spawning and meadow areas. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves turning louver plates through predetermined angle relative longitudinal fish pass structure axis; supplying water with working flow rate to attract fish by opening supplying unit for a given extent to define outer borders of fish attractive flow. During fish attractive flow forming additional water flow is fed to extreme louver plates or to all louver plates, wherein water flow speed exceeds critical speed of fish to be directed to fish pass structure. Accumulated fish movement to upper pool is accomplished with additional water flow supply to louver plates to provide continuity of fish-attraction process. ^ EFFECT: increased stability of outer fish attractive flow borders. ^ 17 cl, 16 dwg
