FIELD: medicine, gynecology, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should descend uterus with pincers, perform amputation of uterine cervix followed by applying sutures and forming an external mouth of the womb. One should additionally fulfill anterior colporrhaphy, dissect cardinal ligaments to be further sutured up to anterior wall of uterine cervix, isolate a cuff dorsally against the cervix, dissect cervical tissue wedge-likely for 9 and 3 o'clock, then cuff's mucosa should be dissected in this projection. One should treat a stump by connecting cervical mucosa together with vaginal mucosa so, that stump's wound surface is covered with vaginal mucosa. Operation should be finished with posterior colpoperineoplasty.
