MOUNTED FLAX TURNER

FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed flax turner contains triangular frame on tractor three-point linkage mounting and pickup drum with gauge wheel, cross turning transporter with drive pulley, guide rods, soil packing drum and drive, all secured on triangular frame. Pickup drum has skeleton with pulley made en-bloc with drum mounted in middle of skeleton on fixed axle. Rakes with spring loaded pickup fingers are hinge-mounted on side of pulley. Rakes are connected through couplers with cranks hinge-mounted on drum with rollers to control rakes. Drive reduction gear housing is mounted in drive pulley of transporter, being part of frame. Compression link of mounting system consists of outer and inner telescopically connected tubes and equalizing spring. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability and quality of flax pickup and turning over. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg
