Zusammenfassung:FIELD: cleaning liquids from mechanical impurities. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed filter includes filtering part made in form of cylinder manufactured from longitudinally corrugated metal screen. Cylinder embraces cylindrical perforated load-bearing skeleton; it is secured on its ends in the course of cold reduction performed by means of definite rigging. Mounted at ends of cylinder made from metal screen and cylindrical load-bearing skeleton are connecting units for securing the filtering part to skeleton. Connecting units are made in form of covers connected to filter ends and filled with oil-resistant compound. Optimal number of corrugations is found from the following relationship: nopt =pi/4d/delta(1+k1*D/d)*k where nopt is optimal number of corrugations of cylinder made from metal screen; d and D are diameters of male and female vertices of corrugations; delta is total thickness of metal screens of filtering part; k1 is coefficient of laying the corrugations which is equal to k1=0.1-0.3; k2 is coefficient of filter regeneration efficiency; k2=0.5-1. ^ EFFECT: enhanced ability of regeneration.
