| Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: high-frequency electrical measurements. ^ SUBSTANCE: ac bridge can be used for high-frequency measurements applied to passive, non-linear and active one-ports. Bridge has power supply, two electric current sources which are made non-controlled, two electric arms of the network and registrar. First electric arm has pair of resistors and second one has resistor and complex impedance to be measured. Electric arms are connected with registrar. Second outputs of first and second arms are connected to output of corresponding electric signal source. Inputs of the arms are connected with bridge power source. As electric signal registrar, differential amplifier and amplitude and time shift registrar are used; registrars and amplifier are connected in series. Second input of amplitude and time shift registrar is connected with power supply of bridge. ^ EFFECT: increased speed of response of measurements. ^ 1 dwg |
