Zusammenfassung:FIELD: metallurgy; methods of production of cast iron in a blast furnace from zinc-containing blends. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with metallurgy, in particular, with a method of pig iron productions in blast furnaces from zinc-containing materials. The method provides for a charge material loading, an air-blast supply, control over the temperature and consumption of a blast-furnace gas, an increase of temperature of the blast-furnace gas by a decrease a level of a chare loading with the purpose with the purpose to control and partially remove of the zinc crusts by their sublimation. At that the increase of temperature of a blast-furnace gas is made once in two months in the process the cast iron smelting at the temperature up to 650±50°C. At that the rest of the crusts delete by water feeding through apertures in the blast-furnace jacket. Directly before the operation of the crusts breaking-down they perform a coke loading in the blast furnace in the amount of 40...60 t for melting of the broken down crusts. The charge is entered in the following quantitative composition (in mass %): agglomerate - 40-70, iron-ore pellets - 20-50, a flux consisting of 70-80 % of a converter slag - 8-12 and 20-30 % of a crude fossil rock. Use of the invention ensures efficient removal of zinc collected in the blast furnace, cost reduction of the cast iron production, increased productivity of the blast furnace and increase of its service life. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures efficient removal of zinc collected in the blast furnace, reduction of the cast iron production cost, increased productivity of the blast furnace its service life. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
