Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves opening posterior wall of the abdominal cavity layer-by-layer and creating space for introducing device laminating retroperitoneal cellular tissue. Hepatic fascia is cut. Space for introducing device is created between kidney and renal fascia. Ultrasonic apparatus transducer is set on anteroaxillary line. Working part of the device for laminating perirenal cellular tissue is introduced. The perirenal cellular tissue is laminated by manipulating with device end part, then, with balloon insufflation applied in turn to posterior and anterior one-third of kidney surface. The operations are done under ultrasonic control. The device has balloon and L-shaped metal tube having handle with connection pipe. The tube has current-conducting part and working one. The end face portion of the working part is sealed and has smooth hemispheric shape. Latex balloon is attached to the working part by fixing its opposite sides. Openings for supplying physiologic saline into the balloon are available in the working part. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
