FIELD: oil industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has face cutter, including body, check valve and packer, having collar and expanding cone, connected to body by shear elements. Also provided is mounting tool, including hollow rod, capped from downwards, with radial channels above the plug and mounted telescopically by lower end in expanding cone. Device is provided with socket assembly. Mounting tool is provided with lower and upper bodies. Lower body is mounted telescopically on hollow rod and connected to upper portion of expanding cone by shear elements. In outer groove, made in lower body, along perimeter self-compacting collar is placed. Upper body is connected to hollow rod and column of tubing pipes of limited volume. On upper body expander of self-compacting collar is rigidly mounted with longitudinal grooves. Tubing column of limited volume through sleeve is connected to cylinder of drop valve. Stepped rod of drop valve is provided with upper and lower sops and connected to cylinder of drop valve by shear elements. Socket assembly has branch pipe with figured groove on outer surface, finger and spring centering means. Branch pipe is connected to lower end of body of face cutter. On branch pipe moving bushing is mounted. Finger of socket assembly is fixed by one end on moving bushing and by other end is inserted into figured groove. Spring centering means of socket assembly is rigidly connected to moving bushing. On upper ends f leaves of spring centering means sockets are mounted, interacting with cone piece, made at lower end of face cutter body. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency, lower costs. ^ 4 dwg
