Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: meat industry, in particular, blood coagulation equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with heated water jacket, charging and discharge branch pipes and screw located eccentrically inside casing. Screw shaft is made hollow, with at least two rows of steam supply apertures. Said rows of steam supply apertures are arranged in helical paths parallel to and in equally spaced relation with respect to helical screw blade. Steam supply apertures are uniformly distributed in row. Leading part of each row of apertures is offset with respect to leading part of previous row along arched portion of hollow shaft by 18-60° depending upon number of rows. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of coagulate owing to intensified uniform mixing of blood through the entire volume of apparatus and, correspondingly, reduced share of large-sized coagulate conglomerates. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
