Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: woodworking industry; production of tools for woodworking. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the areas of production of woodworking tools intended for the flat surfaces planing. The technical result is improvement of the quality of planing of wood products. The trying plane includes a body, a drive and a milling cutter with roughing and finishing cutting tools, axis of which forms an acute angle with a bearing area. At that the vertex of the given angle is directed in a direction of the planing, and the value of the indicated angle is chosen proceeding from the design parameters of the milling cutter and the required parameter of the material working according to the revealed dependence. The trying plane may be manufactured in the form of a gearless design, that increases its reliability and service life. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the quality of planing of wood products. ^ 7 dwg
