DEVICE FOR IMMERSING PILES

FIELD: piling equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has support plate, pile-driver mast, headpiece, block for raising and lowering headpiece, placed at upper end of mast, winch, load, mounted on support plate and device for transferring load onto pile. Device is additionally provided with bar, at upper end of which a frame is rigidly fixed, and on lower end headpiece is fixed, which bar is mounted along longitudinal axis of mast and connected to winch. Pile-driver mast is made in form of four-post boom with brackets and upper belt in form of platform, mounted on horizontal frame, and device for transferring load to pile is made in form of hydraulic system, consisting of two couples of force hydraulic cylinders, connected by rods to moveable cross-piece, freely supported by headpiece, and by cylinders - to moveable beams, fixed on boom via holders, and vibrator, mounted in frame above bar. ^ EFFECT: higher productiveness, higher energy effectiveness. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
