The proposed recombinant plasmid DNA provides expression of artificial gene TCI comprising cytotoxic T-cellular epitopes of HIV-1 in eucaryotic cells. Also, invention proposes recombinant attenuated strain of bacterium Salmonella enteritidis E-23 pcDNA-TCI. The proposed strain is obtained by genetic transformation of the strain Salmonella enteritidis E-23 with plasmid pcDNA-TCI. The strain provides delivery DNA-vaccine in eucaryotic cells as the recombinant plasmid DNA pcDNA-TCI. Proposed groups of inventions provide inducing the expressed specific humoral and cellular immune response to HIV-1 in body.
