REACTOR FOR PRODUCTION OF VOLATILE HALOGENIDES OF METALS

FIELD: chemical industry: production of volatile halogenides of metals. ^ SUBSTANCE: the reactor is dealt with the filed of chemical industry and is used for production of volatile halogenides of metals. The reactor contains: a cylindrical body with a charging hatch for a solid reactant and branch-pipes for feeding in gaseous reactant and a discharge gaseous product; two chambers coaxial to the body - a chamber of interaction of discharge gas with a gaseous reactant and a chamber of cooling a produced product; an ejector. Inside the body there are plates installed in height and fused by the overflow channels. Above plates there are vanes fixed on a shaft. The ejector is placed on the branch-pipe of feeding the gaseous reactant into a zone of interaction with the solid reactant. The commixing chamber of the ejector is fused with the chamber of cooling.
