Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: heat power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed hot-water boiler contains shell with furnace and systems of water heat pipes formed by two side, rear and upper sections. Side sections are formed by outer and inner panels forming side gas ducts in between. Rear section is formed by inner and outer panels, and upper section is made in form of panel formed by outer water heat pipes and inner water heat pipes fitted inside outer pipes. Outer water heat pipes are connected by one side in parallel to outlet header communicating with heated water outlet branch pipe and are blanked from opposite side. Inner water heat pipes are connected in parallel with inlet header from side of blanked end of outer water heat pipes, being blanked from opposite side and communicating with outer pipes through holes in wall. Inner and outer panels of side and rear sections are formed by pipes connected in parallel to upper and lower headers. Fire tubes are passed through said pipes and upper and lower headers. Cylindrical spiral spring is arranged in space between outer surface of fire tubes and inner surface of water heat pipes of side and rear sections. Spring is formed by rectangular cross section rods, pitch between rods being from 80 to 100 mm. Fins are welded between water heat pipes of inner panels of side and rear sections to form hermetically sealed partition by inner panel of rear section and hermetically sealed partition with bypass holes in upper part by inner panels of side sections. Partitions made in upper part of boiler shell form two upper longitudinal and rear cross gas channels. Space of furnace communicates through bypass holes with side gas channels, and the latter communicate through fire tubes of side sections with upper longitudinal gas channels and further on with rear cross channel which communicates, through fire in rear section, with hole to let out smoke gases located after furnace. Rear, side and upper sections are successively intercommunicated through bypass branch pipes. Upper header of outer panel of rear section is connected to branch pipe to feed water to be heated, lower header of outer panel of rear section is connected to lower header of inner panel of rear section, upper header of inner panel of rear section is connected to upper header of outer panels of side sections, lower headers of outer panels of side sections are connected to lower headers of inner panels of side sections, and upper headers of inner panels of side sections are con
