Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: mining industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has slanting frame with lower rotation drive and localizer, clamps of drilling pipes, stacks for storing drilling pipes. Conveyor is mounted on slanted frame, having adjustable drive, while clamps of drilling pipes having elevator links are fixed to conveyor branches, as well as open localizers and upper drive-swivel, and stacks for storing drilling pipes are placed along movement of conveyor in its upper portion. Upper end of drilling column is placed in well pipeline. At the end of stacks for storing drilling pipes a vehicle is placed with clamps for pipes to provide additional traction force and performing hoisting operations for drilling stalks consisting of several drilling pipes. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
